Cancellations--PLEASE READ!!

When you book with us, we are reserving our home for you for those dates so it is important to remember that canceling frequently deprives us of the income we would receive from renting our home. In summer, travelers often have plans booked months in advance so even a month out we would likely not be able to fill your slot.

Outside of High Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day as defined below):
If you cancel thirty (30) days in advance of your check-in date and time (local time) you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days in advance of your check-in date and time (local time), you will receive a fifty percent 50% refund. If you cancel less than fifteen days in advance of your check-in date and time (local time), you will not receive a refund as we will most likely not be able to re-book your dates.

During High Season (If your travel dates touch Memorial Day through Labor Day, even if they do not take place entirely within those dates):

If you cancel sixty (60) days in advance of your check-in date and time (local time) you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days in advance of your check-in date and time (local time), you will receive a fifty percent 50% refund. If you cancel less than thirty (30) days in advance of your check-in date and time (local time), you will not receive a refund as we will most likely not be able to re-book your dates.
